Andy was super helpful when we decided to relocate from Oregon to Green Valley, Az. He always kept us up to date on what was happening with the purchase of our new home. He came over after the sale to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions we had. Andy has been so helpful and we are grateful to have him as our realtor.

He worked with his associate Michelle Metcalf to make our home more attractive to potential buyers by pulling up some area rugs we had that were carpet taped to the floor for safety reasons, so the tiled floor could be seen. It was a good marketing strategy. My husband and I were both seniors and could not pull it up by ourselves. The strategy worked. We were able to sell our home in a short amount of time.
