After doing some research on the Internet for a good, affordable retirement community in Arizona, I decided to go check out the area. Not knowing any real estate agents or anyone living there, I researched realtors with the best ratings. I was so fortunate to have found Andy Anderson! I want the best...and Andy exceeded my expectations of someone who cared about what I was looking for and gave me the pros and cons of homes I was interested in. He always made himself available when I was coming into town. He was very responsive to any questions I had. Andy showed me the homes I thought would be worth looking at in Green Valley. I thought that is where I wanted to live; however, there was another city right next to it that Andy felt was also worth considering. I ended up buying a home In Sahuarita's Rancho Resort. When I unexpectedly had to move from out of state, I asked Andy if he would take a look at a home that had just been listed in Rancho Resort. He videotaped the viewing for me and answered all my questions about it. He took care of the inspections for me. I was able to trust him and his knowledge of good houses and areas. Andy did so much to help me find the best little house in an ideal location. His referrals for anything I've needed such as a loan officer, have been awesome. Mr. Anderson is the ultimate professional who I highly recommend!

I live out of state, so finding an agent was tricky as I didn't know where to begin. Andy and Michelle (RE/MAX team) came recommended to me by a locksmith whom I called out to change the locks on my mother's house once she had passed away. From the start he presented himself with the utmost professionalism, (they say we make our judgment on someone within the first few minutes of meeting them). Andy made a statement both outwardly with confidence, poise, and dressed to impress, as well as inward knowledge and mastery of the real estate business. You get the whole package with him! From the start, he gave excellent advice on how best to prep my mother's home and have it "sale ready". Andy was an excellent communicator throughout, and never missed an opportunity to keep me in the loop with feedback from other realtors and/or potential buyers as the house was being shown. He returned all of my calls and/or texts if I reached out, and has an enormous amount of patience with his clients. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful event, and Andy understands this. He is very good with listening to his clients concerns or worries, and helping alleviate any fears that come with this. Ultimately he sold my mother's home within months of it being on the market, and he, (along with his team), made the transaction as smooth and problem-free as possible. I am so pleased with Andy and his team at RE/MAX Signature. Consider my review as doing your homework of researching an agent for you, and just hire Andy for your real estate needs.
