She had buyers' guides and lots of suggestions to help me think about every aspect of the purchase. She also knows so many people in the community! Our offer was accepted on our house not because we had the highest offer, but because the seller knew Andria and the lender she had me use. When it came time to sign documents, Andria had me prepped ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect, what I was signing, and even came with me to the title company so I had an advocate there. I had tons of questions as I read through all of the documents and Andria found answers and solutions to every one. She compiled a list of all the utility companies I needed to call so I didn't have to search around which was so helpful and she even referred me to a handyman/contractor and a fumigation service, both of which have great rates. For as stressful (and it really is stressful) as buying a home is, Andria made the process feel more manageable and I am truly grateful for her help and expertise.
