Andria is great. I feel like I've know her for years. (Even though I just met her) when we started looking for our home.. she's Super friendly and really easy to talk to. Andria really made my first time purchasing a home a great one. She understands how crazy the market is and made time to take us to see any house we were even slightly interested in. She had buyers' guides and lots of suggestions to help me think about every aspect of the purchase. She also knows so many people in the community! Our offer was accepted on our house not because we had the highest offer, but because the seller knew Andria and the lender she had me use. When it came time to sign documents, Andria had me prepped ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect, what I was signing, and even came with me to the title company so I had an advocate there. I had tons of questions as I read through all of the documents and Andria found answers and solutions to every one. She compiled a list of all the utility companies I needed to call so I didn't have to search around which was so helpful and she even referred me to a handyman/contractor and a fumigation service, both of which have great rates. For as stressful (and it really is stressful) as buying a home is, Andria made the process feel more manageable and I am truly grateful for her help and expertise. Andria Cutler was such a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, enthusiastic, a great listener to our needs and wants and acts quickly to find out information to our questions. We could contact her at anytime 7 days a week! We never had to wait days to hear from her, we always got a response with “I will get back to you once I get an answer to that question.” She NEVER disappointed us. I needed to quickly move my mother closer to better care for her, which left the house to be sold remotely. Living several hours away and trying to coordinate the sale of house is challenging. Working with Andria was a gift. She was able to manage projects, so I didn’t have to drive done and monitor the work. She met all the timelines we gave her. She added personal touches to ensure the house was at its best for the market. She knew how to price and show the house. We were able to get several great offers. Andria walked us through the process of disclosures, picking a buyer, the documents that go with escrow, and the closing papers. She answered every communication. She educated us ahead of time about possible challenges that may arise. The process was completely smooth and the house closed in the time frame we needed. I have to say personally Andria was the best choice we could have made. I am a novice when it comes to selling a house, and moving my mother during a global pandemic was time consuming.
