I would highly recommend Andria Cutler to help you with your real estate needs. She is very knowledgeable & always willing to help take care of your requests. She is extremely kind & caring. She made our selling experience as easy & understandable to us as possible. I would definitely use her again for any future real estate needs.

Andria was great to work with! She was patient with us while we waited for our house to come available and kept us updated as other houses were listed.

Andria is great. I feel like I've know her for years. (Even though I just met her) when we started looking for our home.. she's Super friendly and really easy to talk to. She was on top of it the whole time. It was really great working with her. Anybody , I mean Anybody looking for a home I highly recommend her 100 percent..I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I can not express how grateful I am to Andria. Having had a bad experience with another local realtor, I though I would never become a home owner myself. However, Andria helped me find my dream home, and for that I will always be thankful. She was super knowledgeable, experienced and always saw for what was best for my family and I. As a first time home buyer, I really did not know what to expect, but Andria was always there at every step of the way. She quickly answered my calls, emails, and questions. If you are looking to purchase or sell a home, I would highly recommend her!

Andria made selling my home so easy! The entire process was done long distance and she handled everything efficiently and professionally. She always had a positive attitude even while working through some unexpected challenges. I would highly recommend Andria Cutler when buying or selling a property!! Excellent job!

Andria really made my first time purchasing a home a great one. She understands how crazy the market is and made time to take us to see any house we were even slightly interested in. She had buyers' guides and lots of suggestions to help me think about every aspect of the purchase. She also knows so many people in the community! Our offer was accepted on our house not because we had the highest offer, but because the seller knew Andria and the lender she had me use. When it came time to sign documents, Andria had me prepped ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect, what I was signing, and even came with me to the title company so I had an advocate there. I had tons of questions as I read through all of the documents and Andria found answers and solutions to every one. She compiled a list of all the utility companies I needed to call so I didn't have to search around which was so helpful and she even referred me to a handyman/contractor and a fumigation service, both of which have great rates. For as stressful (and it really is stressful) as buying a home is, Andria made the process feel more manageable and I am truly grateful for her help and expertise. You can't go wrong with selecting this amazing realtor as the one to help you find your dream home.

Andria Cutler was such a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, enthusiastic, a great listener to our needs and wants and acts quickly to find out information to our questions. We could contact her at anytime 7 days a week! We never had to wait days to hear from her, we always got a response with “I will get back to you once I get an answer to that question.” She NEVER disappointed us. Andria had 18 showing lined up for our home in 2 days and we had 10 offers! Our house sold the 2nd day! Thank you for your kindness, encouragement and making us feel like we were always your #1 priority! We definitely recommend Andria Cutler to make your home buyer experience AMAZING!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Andria and her work. My family suffered a great loss over the summer. I needed to quickly move my mother closer to better care for her, which left the house to be sold remotely. Living several hours away and trying to coordinate the sale of house is challenging. Working with Andria was a gift. She was able to manage projects, so I didn’t have to drive done and monitor the work. She met all the timelines we gave her. She added personal touches to ensure the house was at its best for the market. She knew how to price and show the house. We were able to get several great offers. Andria walked us through the process of disclosures, picking a buyer, the documents that go with escrow, and the closing papers. She answered every communication. She educated us ahead of time about possible challenges that may arise. The process was completely smooth and the house closed in the time frame we needed. I have to say personally Andria was the best choice we could have made. I am a novice when it comes to selling a house, and moving my mother during a global pandemic was time consuming. Andria took care of everything. I did not have to worry. I am so happy with the results. I can go on, but overall Andria was exemplary.
