I cannot express how grateful I am for Andria and her work. My family suffered a great loss over the summer. I needed to quickly move my mother closer to better care for her, which left the house to be sold remotely. Living several hours away and trying to coordinate the sale of house is challenging. Working with Andria was a gift. She was able to manage projects, so I didn’t have to drive done and monitor the work. She met all the timelines we gave her. She added personal touches to ensure the house was at its best for the market. She knew how to price and show the house. We were able to get several great offers. Andria walked us through the process of disclosures, picking a buyer, the documents that go with escrow, and the closing papers. She answered every communication. She educated us ahead of time about possible challenges that may arise. The process was completely smooth and the house closed in the time frame we needed. I have to say personally Andria was the best choice we could have made. I am a novice when it comes to selling a house, and moving my mother during a global pandemic was time consuming. Andria took care of everything. I did not have to worry. I am so happy with the results. I can go on, but overall Andria was exemplary.
