Andria explained how the market was, provided comps, made suggestions to get the home ready to sell, including the best time. When we agreed we should do some repairs and upgrades, she had ever resource that she scheduled herself. Their quality of work and timeliness was exceptional. When it was a crunch to have the house emptied, she didn’t pressure at all. In fact, she offered to stage the home at no additional fee and was able to use some of the existing items so we didn’t have to get it all out. Her eye for detail and excellent communication skills made this process so very smooth and fast! From having her own contacts for notary and other paperwork needs, she facilitated everything with ease and joy for me and my 97 year old father! Honestly, something we were dreading became a blessing because of Andria. We never had to wonder what was next or what was going on or what to expect. She treated us like we had a mansion to sell!
