This is the second time that I have used Andrew Lewis Homes. We were looking for a home that would work for having my mother-in-law move in with us, but also provide her with her own space and privacy. We were able to find the one house that fit the requirements and wants list, and we made an offer. Andrew worked tirelessly and endlessly to work with the selling agent throughout the process, and demonstrated patience, determination, compassion that isn't found in many people. Throughout the process there were some speed bumps and difficulties that we had to work through, however they were unavoidable and no fault of Andrew. In fact he went above and beyond what could be asked of an agent, and he did it joyfully and effectively. I could not tell you how much I enjoyed working with Andrew and how much I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

My wife and I were interested in buying a house but were unsure about the timing and if we could find the house we wanted in a price range we could afford. We talked with Andrew and told him what we thought we wanted and what we thought we could afford. He provided us with listings that met our criteria and allowed us to choose houses we wanted to look at. He was very patient in showing us several houses while we tried to select one that was right for us. He walked use through the process of making an offer and negotiating price. If you are buying and selling you NEED Andrew Lewis Homes in your corner! We had both and we couldn't be more pleased! We called Andrew as soon as we decided we were considering a move and told him that we were several months out but wanted to explore the idea. We had a very limited area we wished to reside in and some may say we have picky taste. ;-) He immediately began sending us homes to look at which he believed we might be interested in. Within a few days I had found the perfect new home for our family and called Andrew. He showed us the home the next day and that was it- I wanted that house, and no other. For many buyers the fact that the home we wanted already had multiple offers and that our purchase was going to be contingent on the sale of our home (a home that wasn't even yet listed) would be a problem. Despite these obvious obstacles Andrew secured the escrow in our favor. Now it was time to sell. The staging and arranging was a team effort since we had already entered escrow on our new home. Andrew even went so far as to hire a moving company to help us with the process and within three days we were in escrow on our existing home! As I write this it is four weeks since we have moved into our dream home. We love our new home and truly couldn't be more impressed with how the entire team at Andrew Lewis Homes handled every situation that arose.
