But once we spoke to Andrew and Justin, they truly sold themselves as knowledgeable professionals. From start to finish they spent the time and effort on the little things that make a big difference from sensational photographs, and the does and don'ts that lead up to listing. Long story short, sold for well over asking and they were with us every step of the way, even when our buyers had some outlandish requests that needed tempered. Five stars to these guys. A huge benefit to working with ALH is the availability of staff for odd hour scheduling. If my realtor was unavailable a colleague was ready to show me properties.
