I feel it’s worth mentioning that I don’t write reviews for people very often, but I truly believe Andrew Lewis and his team at Performance Real Estate deserve the recognition. I’ve found that most realtors, and service providers in general, tend to promise you the world but just end up disappointing you. Not only did Andrew do as promised, he exceeded my expectations. He communicates exceptionally well (absolutely love his weekly video updates), he’s very organized, and his processes are dialed in throughout his entire business; especially the sales process which he methodically and successfully executes. For context, we listed during December which is considered one of the worst times of the year to sell a home, not to mention interest rates were hovering around 7%. We had multiple offers and were in escrow within a few weeks with a full price offer of our original asking price (which was higher than any of the comparable sales), and closed escrow in about six weeks from the time of listing. Without hesitation, I sincerely recommend Andrew, and look forward to working with him in the future!
