Andrew was magnificent. We interviewed several agents and he was the obvious choice. He came prepared for the interview, and had created a presentation with a lot of analysis regarding our property, competitive listings, comps, etc. He held several open houses and our house sold very quickly. He recorded videos and emailed them to us weekly with a recap on activity relative to our house and other listings. He was professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend him. Andrew is amazing and the best at what he does! He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning trying to sell our home but once we were finally in escrow, he made it an easy process. I feel it’s worth mentioning that I don’t write reviews for people very often, but I truly believe Andrew Lewis and his team at Performance Real Estate deserve the recognition. I’ve found that most realtors, and service providers in general, tend to promise you the world but just end up disappointing you. Not only did Andrew do as promised, he exceeded my expectations. He communicates exceptionally well (absolutely love his weekly video updates), he’s very organized, and his processes are dialed in throughout his entire business; especially the sales process which he methodically and successfully executes. For context, we listed during December which is considered one of the worst times of the year to sell a home, not to mention interest rates were hovering around 7%. We had multiple offers and were in escrow within a few weeks with a full price offer of our original asking price (which was higher than any of the comparable sales), and closed escrow in about six weeks from the time of listing. Without hesitation, I sincerely recommend Andrew, and look forward to working with him in the future!
I WOULD recommend this company to ANYBODY. They were fantastic. I am going through a rough time in my life--the worst--and they took care of everything and got my home sold for asking price. Of course, this took a lot of patience on their part and me just trusting them completely. This was the best decision that I could have made and they got my home sold.
