To Mr. Andrew Landauer, first of all Vince and I are so happy that we met u through American Financing as a realtor about 4 years ago. Back then it wasn't a good time for Vince and I to purchase a home. Things happened which made it not a good time for buying a home. Through out the years you stayed in touch with us and kept checking to see if we where ready yet. Finally, Sept 2025 this was our year to start working on our credit and our dream came! Vince and I was so happy that we could start looking again @ end of October credit was great! Through this whole process, you made sure we weren't just showing us anything, you always informed us if the property needed more work than usual. Andrew was so helpful. We didn't know exactly what we were looking for in the beginning but he helped us narrow it down. We work graves so out schedule was really tight to view homes but Andrew made it happen. He was very professional and VERY knowledgeable. When we decided on a home he helped by asking questions that we didn't know to ask and well as helped us negotiate appliances with our purchase.
