My agent brought a lot of professionalism to the table, particularly when it came to his communication style. He was always available to answer my questions and clearly possesses a strong network of local contacts that helped move things along efficiently.However, his approach to the property search was more passive than I anticipated. I had to do most of the upfront research to find the home I wanted. If you prefer a real estate agent who takes the lead on scouting and filtering properties, you may find yourself doing a lot of the work. But if you already know what you want or don't mind the research, his communication skills and network make him a reliable asset for managing the rest of the transaction.

To Mr. Andrew Landauer, first of all Vince and I are so happy that we met u through American Financing as a realtor about 4 years ago. Andrew was so helpful. We didn't know exactly what we were looking for in the beginning but he helped us narrow it down. We work graves so out schedule was really tight to view homes but Andrew made it happen. He was very professional and VERY knowledgeable. When we decided on a home he helped by asking questions that we didn't know to ask and well as helped us negotiate appliances with our purchase.
