Andrea is awesome! We bought our first apartment with her and I couldn't believe how easy it was. Andrea can negotiate in the toughest situations, she surprised me more than once when I thought everything was lost. She is just charming, and you certainly wanna have her on your side!! Also, she knows the real estate market in South Florida like the back of her hand. I have worked with many realtors and she was the only one who explained to me in what areas I could buy and why, she knows which apartments are a good investment and will get you the best return... I'm telling you, this is a skill that is not common! You'll be in great hands.
