Wow! Ana and Pascal are beacons of light in this crazy Bay Area real estate market. I had the odds stacked against me in purchasing my first home. I was born in the bay area and was looking at the reality of not being able to afford to purchase a home that met my ambitious requirements with my available resources. Working together as a team we were able to pull a rabbit-out-of-a-hat and I now am the proud owner of my dream home! A huge part of that was how they got to know me personally and what I was looking for in a home (definitely not your typical living situation). As a perfectionist who values relationships, it's rare to find the particular combination of savvy, attention to detail, and personal warmth that makes doing business both fun and exceptionally effective. How to begin. We met with Ana and Pascal in late January to discuss potentially selling our home. We ended up doing an off market in early February at their suggestion. Throughout the whole process which lasted only 12 days until we accepted an offer, they were continuously responsive and our anxiety reducers.
