I am thankful that she did a wonderful job in talking me out of putting an offer on the 1st house I was interested (cool property, complete money pit - went unsold in a hot market). We knew Ana and Pascal through one of their listings. That was the second house we visited and we fell in love immediately. Fast forward we didn’t get the house but loved how helpful Ana was throughout the process. We joke that we didn’t get the house but we got the agents.
