Review for Ana & Pascal Forest, Red Oak Realtors I interviewed/considered 4 realtors before selecting Ana & Pascal Forest of Red Oak Realty. What an eye opener! I eliminated 3 of them in short order and went with Ana & Pascal and am so glad I did. Now that my home has sold, I can give an objective review of the entire process and their performance. They work as a team and bring complementary strengths to the table. Their communications with me far exceeded my expectations. I always knew what to expect. I was given a written schedule of events with associated time frames for completion. As things changed, they revised the schedule. No surprises! I never once had a problem reaching out to them with questions. They regularly checked in with me to give me updates. Bottomline, their communications were superb. Ana is responsible for the marketing plans including staging, professional photography including 3D video tours, coordinating open houses and the like. Most importantly she manages all of the communications. She addressed any and all of my concerns. Their analysis of my homes’ worth was spot on. Pascal is the detail guy regarding upgrades and budgeting. He was clear about what things should be done to add value to a buyer and what upgrades were not cost effective. He manages the subcontractors and other vendors. They had a budget and stuck to it. In short, they did a fantastic job for me. They under promise and over deliver. You will not find a harder working, honest team than them. I, without reservations, recommend them.

Pascal and Ana Forest are AMAZING! I recommend them with the highest level of endorsement that I possibly could. (And as a spoiler, the ending here is a win-win-win: rapid sale, extremely happy sellers, immensely grateful buyers, and even perfectly satisfied former tenants. What could be better!) I say all this considering the Bay Area market, which is head-spinningly intense and legally complicated. The Forest team were EXACTLY what I needed, and FAR more than I'd hoped for, in selling my family house-turned-rental property, during COVID times, 2021. Ana & Pascal go the extra mile for everyone they work for. They're amazing to be with, make the experience for looking for houses fun (when it could be tiring or frustrating), and most importantly they're honest and candid. They'll point out the hidden flaws in a house that other agents might prefer to gloss over. Plus, when it comes to east bay homes, they know every nook and cranny like the back of their hands. You can't go wrong with them.

They are so good at their jobs: they know this difficult market really well and are extremely well-connected to other necessary services. More than this, though, I felt safe with them. As a remote owner I relied 100% on Ana and Pascal to handle all the details of readying an investment property for sale. Normally I would have done it myself but was very grateful to be able to rely on their expertise. They did a fantastic job of organizing all the necessary fix up projects and the results were amazing, on time and very tasteful. In addition the marketing plan and online presence for the property was very professional and of the highest quality. All along the way the communication with them was prompt, clear and easy. They discussed all aspects of the sale and listened to any concerns I had and addressed them accordingly.

Ana (and Pascal) provided great explanations to my ever-growing list of questions, and she replied immediately to my emails, text messages and phone calls. (She generally answered the phone right away, or let me know when she could return my call if she was unable to answer at that moment.) When making an offer, she provided suggestions that, as it ends up, were key to acceptance of my offer. (I later learned about a higher bid, but my offer provided something that was meaningful to the seller.) During Escrow phase I again had my series of questions and needed to find resources for various projects and updates that would need to be completed rapidly. Ana and Pascal again “came to the rescue” with names of people who could provide quotes and hopefully be available to complete the work in the time after closing but before I would move in. After closing, I again had questions; thankfully (as they said) “We’re still here for you” which was comforting music to my ears. Since meeting Ana, I have sung praises to a few people who are considering either buying or selling. (or both) Whenever I am ready to sell and buy elsewhere I feel assured that I will have the best realtor(s) guiding me.
