Amy is one of the most responsive professionals I have ever worked with. She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. She is an excellent communicator overall. She gave me all the information and support I needed in order to make decisions, including being up front with me about potential bumps in the road. She checked in regularly and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. I sold my house while tenants were living in it, and she was able to effectively work with them to make sure the house looked good and was available for showings. I had several offers within a few days, I was pleased with the negotiations, and the sale of my home went quickly and smoothly. I can’t imagine the process could have been any easier for me.

Amy works hard for her clients. She helped to ready my rental property to sell and used great contractors. Her communication style is open and she is honest. We hit some roadblocks during a repair. Amy was quick to respond to my texts/calls and worked with me to move forward with the sale. Amy handled every aspect of the sale and was extremely professional. I live in California so she was my eyes and ears during the repair. My house sold for above the asking price and we had several offers to consider.
