We moved to the area from out of state and did much of this remotely. Amy was a pleasure to work with at every step! When something needed to be done, or a question was asked that she wanted to clarify, it was always "let me find out and get back to you" and when someone says that you always think they'll get back to you "soon" but when Amy says it, it means she is hanging up the phone with you and dialing whoever needs to be reminded of something or has the right answer and then she is calling you right back. She really means she will get RIGHT back to you. This was our first home buying experience but from what I have been told by friends and family, this is not always the case and "we got lucky".
