Allow me to set the scene. We came into our search for the perfect home with a decent amount of “baggage.” There would be four of us signing the title, all with different wants, needs, and initially we had zero idea of how to incorporate all into the dream home. Enter Amy. We found Amy simply by searching for the best real estate agent in Eugene and the surrounding area. Instead of shying away from the challenge, she dove in head first. Amy navigated our differing ideas and personalities with honesty and positivity. She was constantly available and never made it seem like a bother when all four of us were texting, calling, and sending addresses and ideas her way. Amy helped us sell two homes in a period of four years. Both times involved moving a family member out of the Eugene area to be closer to extended family because of medical needs. Her and her team at Hybrid worked very diligently in finding the best strategy for selling my home. She'll pull no punches in fighting for you and closing on the absolute best deal.
