From our first conversation about our interest in a condo to the the closing of the condo Amy made the experience very easy and made sure from A to Z that everything was clear to us and covered to our liking, We strongly reccomend the Amy and Noreen team for your real estate wants and needs!
Knowledge is a key component to completing a real estate transaction. Amy and Noreen were briming with new information all along the way. They surrounded themselves with a team that supported them in all aspects of needed documents, reports, contacts and other professional services. It was wonderfully corelated time wise with the utmost consideration of our schedules.
Amy and Noreen are a terrific team and made both our selling and purchasing experiences a breeze. They were the only team we interviewed and immediately felt a connection with them. Their combined strengths were so helpful in many ways from pricing to advising us on things to do and not to do to get our house ready for sale. They were very realistic with the pricing of our home and did not overpromise on anything. We were extremely happy with the results. When it came to helping us with the purchase of another property we are so grateful they were in our corner to oversee the closing process as there were a few bumps in the road at the other end. They made sure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. In addition to their professional acumen they are two of the nicest people you will meet. You won't be sorry if you have Amy and Noreen list your house.
This is our second experience using the Amy and Noreen team of realtors for good reason. Their professional and prompt attention to every aspect of the home sale process is superior. Amy and Noreen found a buyer for our home within a week of it being listed. Though there were a few hurdles in the appraisal process, Amy worked through them all with diligence and integrity. The ability to maneuver through unexpected issues easily speaks volumes about this team's experience and professionalism. Noreen did a great job helping us find our next place, just as she did with our previous home sale. I can not overstate our appreciation for this kind, thoughtful and highly communicative team of real estate specialists.
Amy and Noreen, and their team did an excellent job for us. They accomplished the trifecta in the sale of our condo: Full asking price, cash, no inspection!! Paige and Sally did a great job communicating with us too! Would highly recommend them.
Amy and Noreen were so wonderful to work with selling our first home. We had issues with a previous realtor, and they stepped right in and righted the ship. They were honest, thoughtful and extremely professional. Their communication skills were also top notch. Everything happened exactly the way they said it would from beginning to end. Most importantly they sold our home in less than a week. Thanks to the WHOLE Amy and Noreen team.
Amy & Noreen are a true dream team when it comes to buying and selling a home. They are beyond knowledgeable regarding what it takes in the marketplace to navigate everything from beginning to end and make it all go smoothly. Not only will they be there throughout the process but they will be there after the closing for anything that might happen to pop up. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Amy and Noreen have a deep understanding of the housing market. They have many personal connections in the real estate community. They were kind and patient with me and I always felt informed about my options.
Amy and Noreen continue to be the dynamic duo of Delray real estate for us. We recently sold our home when our dream house popped on the market. They advised us properly in a very frenzied time in order to make the purchase and were able to sell our home in days. Their follow up is impeccable. We can not state enough what a pleasure it is to have them as agents and friends.
Amy and Noreen were a pleasure to work with. They made the whole process seamless. They listened to what I needed and worked hard to ensure those needs were met.
The͏ BEST for buying or selling- 4x clients: This was our 4th time working with Amy and Noreen (twice before as buyers, this time as sellers and renters), and we would never even consider other realtors. We previously had no personal connections to either of them, they were highly recommended from other clients and we are so glad to have gotten them recommended to us. They are the complete package with nothing lacking. They are extremely efficient and do not waste time. They keep communication open, always making sure we’re on the same page. They are always willing to go above and beyond, we let them know any time we have a question or problem and they immediately help us, even after the sale has gone through and they have nothing to gain. Amy is a genius at paperwork and all of the behind-the-scenes technicalities; we feel complete confidence in all of the important legal parts of buying/selling and the paperwork has gone perfectly smoothly all 4 times. Noreen is an expert at showings, she’s so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the properties. Both Amy and Noreen are passionate about their careers as realtors and are always furthering their education and involvement in the world of realty; this is not a job they they just do in their spare time and they are fully committed to their clients. For the 2 properties that we bought, our first offers were accepted (below asking price). For our house sale, we had only 1 open house and received 7 offers before completing the sale above asking price. We are constantly hearing stories of realtors who are slow to respond, unknowledgeable, and/or don’t seem to care enough and we recommend Amy and Noreen every time. And Paige is amazing too; so kind, friendly, and helpful! We feel so lucky to have found them and will never use another realty team!
