I was connected to Amy & Noreen through a family member who was very acquainted with their good work, honoring the client's various needs in order to find the perfect new home. I was shown numerous Condos that fit my specifications yet were all different in their own right. Price is not the only issue! Area, future renovations, neighborhood and lifestyle were the many thoughts running through your mind! I was never rushed, all my questions were answered clearly and professionally. Ultimately, negotiations were tactful, polite and progressed at a reasonable pace. I speak very highly of their real estate knowledge. There are so many aspects to be familiar with.
