When looking for a place, they knew everything I needed to know about all of the different areas, answered all questions I had, and when it came down to it, they made the process of closing on a home very quick and easy. They were super patient with me as it was a very slow process on my family's and I's end trying to decide when and where to get a place, and they never seemed to show any frustration even when my family and I had a lot of back and forth about getting a place. I was out of state I had a renter and the buyer was very difficult. Without going into detail of all the phone calls everyday with another issue. Amy held the deal together and we finally was able to close 5 days after the closing date. You can throw any issue and Amy can handle it.

She let the bidding war start only a few days after hitting the market and ensured we had the best deal for our home. The buyers were emotional buyers, so this worked in our favor when things were found about the old house. Amy even sent her guys over to help work on items needing to get fixed.

I couldn’t have had a better team! My questions were answered. They walked us through the whole experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and always nice. Except the lady Jenny from the Century Village management company was horrible to me. Paige called to see what the problem was. I told her that I called Jenny to resend 2page document that I had opened when our cable & power went out. She screamed at me that that was impossible but it happened. She wouldn’t resend it fortunately Paige had it & sent it to me. Paige our realtor was fantastic! She got us through all the rough spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better team!
