Amy is wonderful. I just closed on an 11 unit apartment complex with her. She did so much legwork; far beyond what would normally be done by any realtor. And she didn't just wait until there was an issue; she was ahead of them. She is also a wonderfu fun spirit just to be around but on the other hand, she knows when to be firm, make people snap and pop. You couldn't do better using her for your sale or purchase! I will definitely user her again.

Amy helped me tremendously as we looked at different fixer upper houses in Yamhill county. She has experiences in flips and some rentals, so she knows on what to be on the lookout for. She also has a good network, so that I could get different bids before agreeing to a final price. With her help I was able to get the house that I wanted for quite a bit lower than full price. I will be using her in the future.
Amy responded when we made a general inquiry on a property, and she stuck with us throughout the process. I know that's what she's supposed to do, but it was kind of an inconvenient house hunt since we were coming from Portland every time and it made meeting up kind of difficult. Even so, she spent a lot of time with us and always had an answer for any question, and a solution to any potential problem. Basically she does her job enthusiastically, and I never lacked confidence. UPDATE: We contacted Amy again, and we looked at a lot of properties in Yamhill County, in three or four different towns. Amy very quickly had a good sense of what we wanted, and what we didn't want this time around, so we didn't waste time on properties that didn't fit our needs. I was impressed that she, again, always made time for me, even though I knew she had a busy schedule, and I did demand quite a bit of her time. It all went really well; we found our house, put in the paperwork and closed the deal.
