Buying a home is stressful enough but we thought moving from one state to another would be a whole other stressful situation. Boy were we wrong!! Amy was my eyes and ears and there for all inspections and walk through and had everything in order....even had the house cleaned for us so that after our long 2 day drive we didn’t have to. I came from Nevada and had only 2 days to find the perfect home for my family. Amy was able to pick me up in Portland and drive me to Salem and Dallas to look at the homes I was interested in, on very short notice. For two days she drove me around, several hours. This is a local lady who knows the area and is invested in her clients finding the right home. We had to close in two weeks and we were out of state, so all via docusign. Amy Schrader is amazing - she worked with us for a year to find the right house. We were moving across the country from Georgia to Oregon so began working with her on our first trip to Oregon in August 2018 and didn't find the right home. But Amy didn't give up on us and she kept up with us by phone and emails and sent us regular updates of new homes on the market for the whole year. When we returned in August 2019 to look again she had the same enthusiasm that she always had and took us out to more homes that we had found and others she had located. We found the perfect one and then she organized everything for us very smoothly from there to the closing.
