Amy was a pleasure to work with. Open communication was available almost 24/7, and we felt as though she took care of a lot of behinds the scenes work so we wouldn't have to worry or stress. We came across a few small hiccups in the process (not because of Amy) and she was able to get things sorted out in a timely manner. Overall, very friendly and easy to work with!

It was a pleasure to work with Amy Schrader. A very kind person, helping us with a lot of time and dedication to get the house that we were looking for and not a house to buy quick. It took several houses to go around looking at the good and the bad and we didn't get the pressure with her to get a home which wasn't the right one for us. She always was trying to be sure that we were buying the right house for us. Once we found it, she took care of every single detail with the seller's Realtor to complete all paperwork, inspections and any requests to the sellers. As well took the time to help us complete the paper work that our loan officer requested from us. Thanks to her we found the right house for my family.
Amy was tenacious in helping find the right property, even when we asked her to show us approximately 40 properties in 4 days. To her it was the sense of adventure; knowing that she was going to find that ‘perfect’ property that we desired. Always personable yet professional, Amy did not stop until the escrow was closed. She stayed on top of all of the issues that came up during that time, diligently worked with the listing agent to resolve all issues, obtaining the Plat Maps and getting the inspections of the property completed, even though we were not able to be physically present.
