Amy Schrader was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy. She offered her expertise and knowledge and was willing to go the extra to get the job done. She kept on top of everything and kept us informed. We are very satisfied with her experience and knowledge and would recommend her, or would call on her again if we need to sell property. She is not afraid to push a little to get things done. She listened to what our thoughts and expectations were and stuck with them. In some instances Amy would state her opinion and we had a choice as to what we wanted to do.

About one year ago Amy contacted me asking if I would like to sell my house in Yamhill. At that time I was not ready to make that commitment. However I did contact Amy in May to start the process to sell the house. I had had, had renters or should I say squatters in there that had really trashed the house as well as stole and sold many of the things I had left for them to use.
