Let me start with the request to meet with Amy Coy. I was in Florida but had to sell the home in Maryland. So in advance I set up 3 interviews for agents to come and discuss selling my home. Amy had done the comparable prior to meeting with us. She gave us a review of her experience and everything was easy to understand. I was impressed with her prior to even meeting her. None....yes none of the other agents did that for us. When we met Amy she was warm, friendly, everything we expected. My brother and sister were with me during this process. I am a recent widow and after 61 years of marriage it was difficult to sell the home we had spent our last 24 years in. Especially since my husband built our home.
