After deciding to look at a different property, we called her and asked her to represent us as buyers. She was patient with all our many questions and helpful with various ideas. She coordinated everything we needed to do and actually made the entire process seamless. She was thoughtful to everyone, courteous to the buyers, their agent and the law office. For example, the morning of settlement, we were running about 10 minutes late as the drive from the house (where we did the final walk-through) to the office was delayed considerably due to traffic. I didn't have the where-with-all to call them, though I was anxious about being late, but she did and then texted me that she had notified them. She was thoughtful and just took care of it.
