I met Amie through a mutual friends referral. At the time my husband & I were going through the economic downfall of 2008 and needed a realtor. We had both been laid off within 4 months of each other and we could no longer afford to stay in our dream home. Amie stepped in and was amazing. She not only sold our home for us but she nominated and instigated a Sub 4 Santa so that my kids wouldn't go without Christmas on top of having to leave the home we loved so dearly. A year later circumstances arose where Amie then assisted us in our, buy out my husbands sister, purchase of the home my husband grew up in. She negotiated a fair price when relatives were exaggerating the price and it all worked out. If we were to ever have a need for a realtor again Amie will be our first choice, and she should be yours!

Amie did a great job helping us in the time frame we needed. We didn't have a lot of time to find a house. She was always there when we had questions too. We had a great experience.

If we trust them enough to watch our daughter in church, and have the Lar Team's daughters as our prime babysitters, then how could we NOT trust them in helping us buy our first home?! The Larteam are very helpful and consistent in helping to sell or buy a home. They are very personable and helped make us feel like we were the only clients they had. Amie, Brian and Lynn are fantastic. I can't remember how we found them, but we are glad we did. We were under the gun, having just moved to Utah from Maryland, to find and purchase a house by the time our corporate housing was up. We had a great time spending every evening for a week with Brian looking at houses. My husband loves to recount going to see a house that was listed with a 16 car garage. We found the (almost) perfect house in a neighborhood we liked. Closing went smoothly and we were able to move into the house when we needed. As an added bonus, the Lar Team helped us throw a house warming party once we got moved in! We will definitely work with these fine folks if/when we have another real estate transaction.
