Amie, Brian and Lynn are fantastic. I can't remember how we found them, but we are glad we did. We were under the gun, having just moved to Utah from Maryland, to find and purchase a house by the time our corporate housing was up. We had a great time spending every evening for a week with Brian looking at houses. My husband loves to recount going to see a house that was listed with a 16 car garage. We found the (almost) perfect house in a neighborhood we liked. Closing went smoothly and we were able to move into the house when we needed. As an added bonus, the Lar Team helped us throw a house warming party once we got moved in! We will definitely work with these fine folks if/when we have another real estate transaction.

Amie did an amazing job helping us sell our Highland Park home. She was able to get us full asking price, something I NEVER thought would happen. We were worried that we'd have to bring money to closing, but ended up getting thousands more than anticipated. Amie understands the local market, and has the experience and know how to handle the things that inevitably come up during the sales process. To top it off, her husband and real estate partner came over and helped me load up our moving truck. She's a pro, and if we ever move back to area, she'd be my first call.
