Amie gave suggestions on how to arrange the house for a showing. At the open house we had an offer. I countered with a little higher offer, which was accepted and the house was sold. It was a smooth transition and we received an acceptable offer for our home. Amie is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and knows what works and what doesn't.
