I moved back to IL after being gone for about 22 years. Was introduced to Amber Skinner by Zillow, and I couldn't be happier. I was looking for a home while selling another out of state. Amber was great with communication and responding to my questions. She got me in to see any properties I wanted to see. While looking, she quickly dialed into the types of properties I was interested in and gave great suggestions. We got an offer accepted on the property I wanted, and then my house sale fell through in a different state. Amber handled the weirdness very well, and even gave great general advice for my out of state sale. We eventually did purchase the property/house I wanted after I lined up another buyer, and everything went well. Again, I couldn't be happier.

Amber was absolutely amazing helping us buy the land to put our forever home on that we asked her to sale our other property for us! she was very thorough and worked hard to represent us and we recommend her 1000% and will use her for any other endeavours we decide on in the future! my only regret is that i can only give her 5 stars and not more!

I loved working with Amber to buy my home. I had challenging circumstances like a home sale falling through from 1000 miles away, and we still got the purchase here done. She was also great with giving advice for the sale. As we looked at properties, she learned what I liked and came up with properties to look at that matched my style. Selling a home and buying at the same time is stressful, working with Amber on this end is what got me through it.

Amber is such a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable and always available to help with anything you may need. We had a pretty unique situation moving from out of state and she was so helpful with unfamiliar places and getting us fit into tight time frames over and over. She got us into a house in a rough market very quickly, and without her I know we'd still be looking.

Amber is very smart and works super hard. We had the best experience with her acquiring our new home. She was very pro-active, and guided us thru all the steps we needed. Even after selling the home she has checked back with us to make sure we are ok and that all the paperwork on the home its been done. I would highly recommend her to anyone, I would also use her again if I ever were to need to get another home or even sell. Thank you also for answering our million ongoing questions, and also for recommending us locally owned companies for some of the projects we have needed to do, and also local food (yum!!! :) ).

Amber was amazing during the entire process! They posted the property for sale and I just happened to see it the very same day. I submitted request online and we instantly texting and emailing about it. She explained every step and kept me sane through the obstacles we incurred while waiting to close.
