10 out of 5 stars! This post is late, but my wife and I closed on august 28th and the process was very smooth! We had to buy sight unseen from out of state. Initially, Amber did not hesitate to be super responsive from the start. Even before we had a pre approval. She had knowledge on the property we chose and helped with making the offer and even made sure we asked for sellers credits. We had no clue sellers credits were a thing! She was very nice and professional from start to finish! Got any contracts needed in the initial process done quick! She did a virtual tour for us as well, so we were able to see the house before we moved! She was present on closing day and gave us cute gifts! She really was a huge part in our buy going smoothly!
