She also let us know to just give her a call back when we were ready to buy. This year, I reached back out to Amber as I was ready to start my search again. We viewed a few homes but we were able to finally decide on one. The process from putting an offer down to closing was seamless and only took a little over a month. Amber is great at communicating during the process and answering any questions. She is also very knowledgeable about the area I was buying in so that helped in making decisions while looking at homes. Amber was very knowledgeable and had a keen eye of the properties she showed us. Listened to what we were looking for and scouted out several properties for us to view. She dedicated her whole weekend to us showing us around and giving us information and points of interest to the areas we were looking at. 10 out of 5 stars! This post is late, but my wife and I closed on august 28th and the process was very smooth! We had to buy sight unseen from out of state. Initially, Amber did not hesitate to be super responsive from the start. Even before we had a pre approval. She had knowledge on the property we chose and helped with making the offer and even made sure we asked for sellers credits. We had no clue sellers credits were a thing! She was very nice and professional from start to finish! Got any contracts needed in the initial process done quick! She did a virtual tour for us as well, so we were able to see the house before we moved! She was present on closing day and gave us cute gifts! She really was a huge part in our buy going smoothly!
