I anticipated that selling our home would be a unique challenge. We had rather a niche home and we knew that we would be permanently back in Australia during the time it was to be advertised. Hence, since we knew that the home might only attract a peculiar segment of the market, it was really important to us that we find an agent who would provide the immediate and thorough communication such undertaking would entail. We thank God that we found Amber. While she very professional, throughout the process - communicating both promptly and carefully every detail - it was her friendly demeanour that won us over. She has a generous and kind nature and this just made the potentially difficult situation - communication across severe time-zone differences - seem like a small detail. Despite the very challenging task Amber consistently demonstrated both a willingness and an aptitude to help us, consistently going beyond what might be expected of her. Upon her own initiative she has even offered to drive an hour and a half to deposit (for us) a check to our US bank.
