Amber brought great energy and creativity to the sale of our unique property. Her ability to align her suggestions with our expectations, while still promoting our property in its best light was amazing. She is able to think outside of the box, while still producing practical, win-win solutions for all parties.
Amber Russell, Realtor/Broker. That's her official title. HOWEVER, I choose to refer to her as the "house whisperer"! Regardless of who she represents, she's got it handled! With less than a $5,000 investment on the estates part, Amber and her crew had transformed "805" into something magical. Obviously! Because within 72 hours, we had multiple offers, all well over the asking price. Yup, you can color me happy. She walked me through every phase and all the steps of the process, which proves she knows alot about the entire business. Escrow closed on 3/21/2017 and both buyer and seller are thrilled. If you want someone who knows the business, call Amber Russell!
"Our company has done more than a dozen real estate deals on the Peninsula over the last 25 years. Amber Russell and her expertise at Over the Moon Realty, Inc. produced the most impressive results we have experienced in any of our transactions. Over the Moon is a '10'!" Rick Barnett
