Amber helped us sell our home. She strategically listed our home with a coming soon marketing campaign. She hired a professional photographer and created a full video tour of the home to accompany the eloquent description on all of the sites and the front page of local newspapers. The home was listed on a Tuesday. The heavily attended broker's open tour was Wednesday and a public open house was that Sunday. One week after listing we received multiple offers, countered, and accepted an offer that met our exact needs and above the asking price with a 20-day close.
