Amber is a proud native Floridian of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and became what she always wanted to be, is a Real Estate Investor and it evolved to becoming a Licensed Agent! She knew what she wanted to do at a very young age.
Amber holds 19 years of real estate experience, including renovating residential homes, personal rental properties, wholesaling properties to other Investor's, and representing other's in their largest asset in their lives. She holds a special skill over and above your general Agent, to care for her client's like Family, like she was purchasing for herself. From the point of talking to Amber on the phone, you know she knows what she is talking about, pre-qualifying your needs, asking all the right questions, and making sure selling your home is the right thing for you, at the right time.
When searching to buy a home, Amber analyses the home as an investment in your future, and educating you about all the do's and don't's. She stays one -step ahead, and eases your conscious that you are being well taken care of. You want someone that has been through the peaks and valley's themselves, know the home (the product) in a nitty gritty way, and studied marketing extensively of what works and what doesn't.
Going back even more years, Amber is a proud graduate of University of South Florida in Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Right out of college, she was fortunate enough to get a position with Baxter Healthcare, a Fortune 250 medical equipment sales corporate position. During her 12 year career her territory grew from 23 – 78% market share, was a 3 time Incentive Trip Winner, and earned #1 and #2 spots for U.S. ranking in a 2-year period for Distinguished Sales Club.
All while carrying a career in Medical Sales, Amber had a passion for renovating homes and holding rental properties. She realized the only way to pursue real estate is to retire from the corporate world. She did just that in September 2011, and has never looked back. I am thankful for my corporate position, as it allowed me to pursue my childhood dream…Real Estate!
Outside of Amber's passion for real estate, she also loves cars, working-out, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends! Her passion for cars started as a child as her Father liked to buy Italian cars and fix them up. In 2008, Amber came across a deal she couldn't refuse and bought a Platinum Award winning 1987 328 GTS Ferrari! Amber will be showing her car, and creating a new Fort Lauderdale car event to bring car enthusiast's together! Stay tuned.
