A little about Amanda Polansky: Amanda was raised in Trumbull, CT and spent her Summers at her family home in Westerly, RI for the past 18 years. Amanda learned the value of hard work and the importance of exceptional customer service at a young age by working her first job in retail. After graduating from Marist College with a degree in Business Administration, Amanda entered the corporate fashion world to pursue her passion for retail in New York City. She spent 7 years as a Buyer where she developed strong negotiation skills and was praised for her keen attention to detail while still managing to see the big picture in front of her. Amanda’s interest in Real Estate began when searching for her very first New York City apartment. She was noticeably analytical of each available listing, noting all pros and cons of each property for her future roommates to consider. Throughout the apartment hunt process, multiple Brokers told Amanda she was doing their job better than they were, and she should consider it as a career. While she thrived in the fast paced environment in NYC, she knew eventually she wanted to get back to her Connecticut roots. After spending so much time in Westerly, RI, Amanda fell in love with the Southeastern CT community and relocated from NYC to the area with her Husband and Goldendoodle. She traded in her passion for fashion to pursue a career in Real Estate, and she couldn’t be more excited to help ease the process for one of the largest financial decisions someone can make. Amanda is tenacious and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. She prides herself on working around her clients’ schedules, communicating all information efficiently and effectively, and helping each client get the best out of their investments.
