I was relocating to FL from IL and did not know much about the FL market. I started searching for homes on my own through various realtor websites. I got frustrated with a few and happen to settle on the website of Harrison Realty because of the ease of use, design layout and overall great experience. All I had to do was put in what I was looking for, where I was looking and price range and I received emails of any new home coming on the market that fit that criteria. With inquires I made with other realtors, all I heard was, I'm sorry that house is under contract.
