As an investor one of the more critical elements of the industry is knowing the local market. A bad purchase price can destroy a deal. I have to say it took me a short while to trust her numbers, but after multiple deals I have now come to this conclusion! If I'm in limbo on making a purchase because of a low margin, I just trust her opinion, and in five years she has never been wrong. It's simple, she just knows what she is doing. To be honest, if she had time, she should be teaching seminars!

As I have said in a previous review, there is no better real estate professional in central Florida. In this review I want to focus on her customer service. Amanda's customer service is impeccable. There is rarely a time when she doesn't answer a call, and if she can't answer, she always calls back! If you are an investor and buy/sale on a regular basis you understand how uncommon that is.
