Amanda was endlessly patient with 2 people whose tastes don't always align! She listened to both of us, and before many showings, could tell what we would like or not like as much about a home we were going to tour. We ended up weighing 2 very different properties before deciding, and her gentle food for thought on considerations for each was helpful. She was fabulous through the offer on the home we purchased, back and forth countering, addressing issues on our inspection, and then on through closing and move in!! She was always responsive, very knowledgeable, personable, professional, fabulous. She gave us confidence through the whole process and would highly recommend her!

Amanda provided great recommendations and help through the sale of our home. She really helped us understand the market for our home, and how to think about both the initial listing and when to make an adjustment to our list price or repairs/updates we made given specific feedback from showings and market conditions. She was very responsive to any question, kept us informed about any showings of our home, helped connect us with people that could help address the small issues that came up on the buyer's inspection, helped us through closing.... Every step of the process she was available, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with!

I'm excited to type this review, our experience was absolutely shocking. Prior to calling Amanda, my husband and I had actually tried with a different realtor and lender but to no avail. The realtor didn't take the proper steps to understand our vision and also get personal information to determine whether or not we could buy a home. we had the money to purchase a home and have a pretty good income. Well, after speaking to the previous realtor; the lender gathered our information from credit karma and after 9 months; didn't offer the amount of purchase flexibility we expected to hear, especially as business owners. We decided to cut ties; I knew Amanda was a well known realtor in my area and we truly needed proper guidance. Therefore, we decided to make that phone call to her. I must say, it was the BEST thing we could've done. We scheduled an in-person appointment at her office to go over all details of what WE wanted as well as a financial analysis. Afterwards, she collaborated with 2 other knowledgeable mortgage lenders which offered pre-approvals within 1 day of our meeting!! The pre approvals were much more than we needed and hundreds of thousands more than the previous realtor/lender whom we attempted to work with. From there, Amanda found several homes to show and sometimes two in one day. She was always early to every property and even had the ability to offer same day showings for properties that we wanted to walk trough. Within a few weeks, we were putting an offer in on a 5/3 home with over 1.15 acres of land! We have 4 kids and each are able to have their own rooms along with lots of land to run and play! I could go on and on about Amanda but I will end with saying that if you DON'T choose her as your realtor, you'll be doing yourself a disservice. She literally took on our vision and completed each task as if she was in our shoes. She will be my lifetime realtor!

Couldn't have asked for anyone better. More experienced tearing and relentless never gave up. Come through with flying colors. My experience with Amanda started before the sale of the house. The home belonged to my mother, who was suffering from medical problems. My mom spoke to Amanda about options as she was considering selling her home. Unfortunately my mother passed away before making a decision about what to do with the house. When the time came for me to move forward with selling the house, I reached out to Amanda. Not only was she great when it came to selling the house, more importantly, she was compassionate. Amanda understood emotions were involved with the sale and was so supportive. She was never pushy and I truly believe had my best interest at heart. Amanda was very professional but, more importantly, human. It didn’t feel like another business deal. It was personal, even intimate, like a close friend walking me through the process.
