Alvin has been the absolute greatest person I could have met for this process. I feel so blessed. He is just an amazing guy and not only is he my real estate agent, he is also my friend. I met him through a friend at work and I was brand new to the home buying process. He reassured me and answered all of my questions. I told him what I was looking for and he found something even better than what I could imagined, and immediately by the way. The very first neighborhood and house we looked at is the one I bought. It was easy as that. He showed me the absolute best option right away. From there, Alvin made the process so easy. He helped negotiate me an amazing deal on my house and I really feel like I was blessed with how things turned. Alvin was a big part of how it all turned out. He helped me with signing documents and was there every step of the way. He looked out for and made sure I wasn’t making the wrong steps. Once I closed, I couldn’t have been happier. Alvin even took me out to lunch and also helped me get my first ever TV. He even came over and helped me mount it on the wall. This whole home buying process really felt suprisingly easy and a big thanks should go to Alvin for that. He is a great man and really cares about each person in his life. It’s clear in how he treats his clients. I will absolutely go to him for any questions or if I go to sell some day.
