Allison Luce began her longtime dream career in Real Estate in 2015. In her first year, Allison was awarded the Ohio and Toledo Association Presidents Sales Club Award for successfully closing over $2 million consistently receiving the award every year since. During the world wide COVID19 pandemic Allison successfully sold over $10.5 million in residential home sales. Understanding and knowing a variety of strategies, systems and Real Estate Professionals has allowed Allison to create strong relationships and techniques that are extremely effective when buying and selling homes. Recognizing that the process of buying and selling Real Estate is highly stressful, Allison’s focus is to make sure that her clients understand ALL their options so that they can make the decision that is best for them and their families. She measures her success based on the glowing testimonials and referrals she receives from her clients! Allison Luce also received a BBA in Finance with 10 years experience working with Financial Institutions and Wealth Management departments across the US. In addition, Allison currently holds a seat on the NOR Board Of Directors, is an active participant within the Leadership & Grievance Committees, and has been President of her BNI chapter for two non-consecutive terms...what Allison truly loves most is the ability to truly give back to her community. She has done so by consistently donating thousands of dollars to the various areas within her local school district (Sports boosters, Trainer needs, Basketball, Football, Golf etc). She takes a portion out of every closing from within her district and donates it back. She truly cares about her community and strives to set the example of positive attitude and mindset.
