Allison Brown

This was our first sale with Allison And our second home purchase. From beginning to finish she was amazing! I swear she missed her calling for marriage counseling. This is a stressful time to buy with the market being what it is, and Allison worked with us through a very challenging time. She was ready to go and see any house we wanted and really made things work for us around the holidays and family schedules. Without her I don’t think we would’ve ended up with the beautiful home we have today. Not only was she extremely flexible, she was wonderful when it came to negotiations. Tweaking each offer and advising on the does and don’ts. While I hope this is our last home purchase for quite some time, I highly recommend Allison and would reach out her again in a heartbeat.

Allison went above and beyond to the point I felt bad that her commission was not enough for all the work she did for us. When the other realtor who fell beyond short to the job for the buyers she even helped the buyers out. She was always patient with us on the phone even when our stress was high and choice of words were not PG - 13. She helped us make our closing when we were doing a lot to make it work for moving out of state and closing on another home. If I had to do this all over again I would do it with her since she stay calm, professional and went above and beyond.
