We are very lucky to have found Alissa Carpenter. She is a great Realtor and is wonderful to work with. Alissa has gone out of her way to make sure purchasing a home is easy and stress free. We have worked with Alissa several times and each time she has been super easy to work with and was there if we needed anything or had any questions. She worked with us on Sundays and even responded to questions we had at 10pm at night. I told her several times she needed to stop working so hard. What a pleasure to tell you about my experience with Alissa. I met her by referral in 2018. I looked for 5 years to find the home I now live in. Not once did Alissa get irritated or upset by my decisions to keep looking. Five years is a long time to put up with a picky buyer as myself. Alissa was making time for me some years a couple times as I came down to look at homes. She even did contracts up on her family vacations, and or notified sellers real estate agents and or contact my financial banking advisor. Not one detail was too small for her to handle. If I told you all the things that she did on my behalf you'd agree, it was way more that anyone could expect. This was my 3rd home purchase, and I'm sorry that Alissa wasn't my real estate agent in the other 2 homes purchased.
