I soooo appreciated Alison’s knowledge, professionalism and her enthusiasm! She had my back and I am so grateful she got the job done!!!!

After listing with a different agency for 6 months ( during Prime selling season) we were unsuccessful in even getting an offer. I had met Alison at a neighbors open house and decided that when our listing expired we would hire Alison. We interviewed 3 other agents as well as Alison. 3 weeks later we were on the market again and within 3 weeks we had a wonderful offer! ( ps...we even had an evacuation for a hurricane in this 3 week period ) Most agents consider their job done at this point but this is really when Alison rose above and began to really shine. She negotiated amazingly well and after the inspection was completed and the due diligence period expired, the buyers tried to come back for a small issue. Alison reminded the agent the due diligence was over plus, this was not a new home so some minor repairs should be expected. On moving out day our mover chipped off a large piece of sheet rock.. Of course my concern was" Where" was I going to find someone to repair that with less than 10 hrs to close?? Alison got on the phone with the moving company and received an email ASAP from them stating they would be responsible for the repair Alison then forwarded this info onto the buyers agent so there were no surprises with an estimated cost and time for the repair at closing. She stepped in and handled what for me was a meltdown moment with speed and efficiency! I wish we had used Alison from the get go!!
