I have found Alison to be very reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable and all the other adjectives that could be used to describe an awesome person. If I were to purchase another property I would never hesitate to have her as my Real Estate Agent.

Alison is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My parents had passed away and I was selling their house. As it was 65 years old, I needed some advise on what to update/change and what to leave to a new buyer. Alison was great with suggestions and people who could help get the jobs completed. She did her homework to learn about the property and the area in general. Within 24 hours I had 14 showings and 7 offers. I would recommend Alison to anyone looking to sell their property.

Alison understood how to convey the strengths of the property in order to attract a buyer. She pursues business rather than sitting back and waiting for the properties to sell themselves. Her good interpersonal skills help to mitigate any anxiety on the part of buyers and sellers. I'd recommend her and utilize her services for any future needs.
