Alison is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My parents had passed away and I was selling their house. As it was 65 years old, I needed some advise on what to update/change and what to leave to a new buyer. Alison was great with suggestions and people who could help get the jobs completed. She did her homework to learn about the property and the area in general. Within 24 hours I had 14 showings and 7 offers. I would recommend Alison to anyone looking to sell their property.
