Carol York was readily available to answer questions, concerns and to listen. I was completely in the dark going into this and was amazed about how little I knew and how much I learned. Lots of papers to review but Carol helped me through each step of the way. The best way for me to sum it up is that even though I did not have to pay any commission to Carol, as the buyers were without an agent as well, I gratefully paid as the help was that valuable to me. All told I would use Carol and FSBO again. I would highly recommend at least talking with her to understand the assistance she can provide, before paying a lot of commission to an agent. I'm sure market factors played a significant role in our decision to use Carol and FSBO, but Carol was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Jason was very helpful with our purchasing a condo. He knew the market and location we preferred. We had our offer accepted right away even though we had to sell our home first to make the transition. We were even able to get a credit back on a water heater.
