We met Alison, who was the listing agent at a condo open house we wanted to see. An open house is sort of a hectic time to try and get to know someone, to sat the least. There was a lot of traffic while we were there, but Alison went well out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We called her later that evening with a few questions we had, and she had every bit of information we needed at the ready - and more. We wanted to see the condo one more time, so Alison arranged for us to see it the next day, and also introduced us to the condo President and some neighbors as well. While she knew our interest was very high, Alison never put any pressure on us whatsoever. She relayed information to and from the owner in a timely and professional manner, and after our second visit to the unit we made an offer. By that point, we were so comfortable with Alison that, even though she was the listing agent, we asked her to represent us as the buyers in the transaction as well. Alison guided us more than expertly throughout the entire process and made the entire experience completely painless. We have never had a real estate transaction go so smoothly and so well. Alison arranged for all the necessary inspections and documentation, and did it so expertly that the actual closing in a little over 2 weeks from the initial open house was an anti-climax. We highly recommend Alison to anyone wanting to purchase or sell property, and can guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the results. No matter how hard you try, you will not find anyone more knowledgeable, friendly, or professional than Alison.
