Alison has so much experience that she also knows how to be in a respectful relationship with her clients. She was recommended by our neighbor, and we read all of her reviews (dutifully) before hiring her, even though we liked her from the start. We discussed the current market and hopes for selling, and agreed on a selling price, then started tackling all the fix-ups she suggested, one at a time so they didn’t seem overwhelming. She said not all clients are willing to do that work. The house had four offers in four days and she protected us by looking into their viability and making recommendations, handling a huge amount “behind the scenes.” She is also a delight to get to know.
